Ensure You Receive Your Personalized MyiQ Newsletter

If you have signed up to receive personalized newsletters from RetireMEDiQ, we want to ensure that your email box is set up to receive these messages. To help, we’ve compiled a list of directions to do this for various email domains. Find your email domain and follow the instructions to add us to your list of safe senders and/or contacts.

AOL WebMail

  1. Open the RetireMEDiQ email message. Click on the name or email address.
  2. Click on the sender’s name and email address.
  3. Click “Add to Address Book” in the window that appears.
  4. Enter any additional information.
  5. Click Save.

Outlook Contacts

If you have received an email message

  1. Open the RetireMEDiQ email message. Right-click on the name or email address.
  2. Click on Add to Outlook Contacts from the menu.
  3. When the New Contact window opens, the Name, File As, Email Address fields and Display As fields are automatically populated. Fill out the remainder of the fields, if desired.
  4. Click on the Save & Close button.

 If you have not received an email message

  1. Click on the Home tab, click New Items (in the New group on the left side of the window), and then click Contact.
  2. When the New Contact window opens, fill in the Name space with RetireMED Then click File As and click RetireMEDiQ. Next, fill in the Email Address field with “advice@retiremediq.com” if you are not a client yet and “client@retiremediq.com” if you are a client. Finally, fill in the Display As field with RetireMEDiQ.
  3. Click on the Save & Close button to save and close the new contact window.

Outlook Safe Senders List

If you have received an email message

  1. Open the RetireMEDiQ email message. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Never Block Sender or Never Block Sender’s Domain.

If you have not received an email message

  1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
  2. Select the Safe Senders tab, then click Add.
  3. In the box, enter “advice@retiremediq.com” if you are not a client yet and “client@retiremediq.com” if you are a client. Click OK.

Gmail

  1. Open the RetireMEDiQ email message. Right-click on the name or email address.
  2. Click the arrow next to the Reply button.
  3. Select Add “advice@retiremediq.com” or “client@retiremediq.com” to Contacts list.
  4. Gmail notifies you that the sender is on your Contacts list.

Hotmail

  1. Open the RetireMEDiQ email message.
  2. Click the Add to Contacts link next to the sender’s name.
  3. Hotmail saves the RetireMEDiQ email address in your address book. You can click the Edit Contact link next to the name to add more information.
  4. Enter more contact information and click Save when you finish.

Road Runner

If you have received an email message as spam

  1. Open your Junk Mail folder.
  2. Select the email from RetireMEDiQ.
  3. Click “Mark as Not Spam”.

Yahoo!

  1. Open the RetireMEDiQ email message.
  2. Click the icon next to the RetireMEDiQ email address.
  3. Enter any additional information desired and click Save.
