Help is available to you, and you can contact our local team for further support based on where you live and your situation.

Medicaid Status Changes & Medicare Savings Program Changes

Medicare Savings Programs (MSPs) are administered by state and federally funded to help those with limited income and resources. It helps with health care payments such as premiums, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. To apply to one of these programs, visit this link.

If you called in and requested to enroll in one of these programs, you may have received a notice in the mail about your status change. This change triggers a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) and allows you to enroll in a new plan that may fit your needs better than your current plan.

To determine if a plan change is appropriate for your needs, be sure to call us and we can evaluate your situation. We’ll review your doctors and medications to ensure you are recommended an adequate plan.

Notify Us With Changes

Keeping your information up to date with us ensures you have the latest updates on Medicare and plan information. You can call or email us to update your information. Moving to a different county or state? Reach out to us and we can update your address. Your move may trigger a Special Enrollment period (SEP) and we can help you with the next steps.

Did you know you can also provide us with an authorized representative to speak on your behalf? Let us know and we can add them as an alternate contact in case we are unable to reach you with urgent or pertinent information about your plan.

Inform Us if Your Medical Needs Have Changed

Updating your doctors and medications is important to ensure your plan will still serve you well. If your needs change, tell us and we can re-evaluate your plan or help you contact your carrier in the event you need an exception or prior authorization.
